At Digital Software Live, we sell digital products and software, which are delivered electronically.

Refund Eligibility

Since our products are digital in nature, refunds are generally not applicable once access or download is provided.

However, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered
  • The software is not working due to a technical issue from our side
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same product

Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund
